Runed harbinger crests are not dropping on one of my characters, but are on the rest of them. I have downed heroic raid bosses and done tons of T8 bountiful delves and still only have 2 crests. Can we get some response from blizzard? This is a major form of progression that some of us are just completely locked out of.
