Still missing mine & unable to create a ticket. Anyone else had any luck getting help from Bliz for this? I would like to upgrade my weapon. ><

This game is a total mess. I dont think things have ever been this broken, like core progress has been disrupted for so many people including me. Legit makes me not want to log on.

Yeah, Iā€™m in the same boat.

Really took the wind out of my sails, and considering the expansion is so new, thatā€™s really sad.

I received 4 Runed from a drop last night so, Iā€™d say whatever it was is fixed.

That isnā€™t what this is about now. Some people logged in and received all of the Crests from delves they did retroactively, for the duration of time when they werenā€™t dropping.

Others got nothing.

Bumping because I still havent gotten mine from last week

I have received 4 this week from doing stuff, but have not received any from last weekā€™s T8 bountiful delves. I have 6 runed crests in total.

Still nothing from last week, Customer Support also refuses to help.

At this point, if you got screwed out of Runed Crests, you are sol. Some people got them, some didnā€™t and honestly donā€™t think it will be fixed. Welcome to TWW.

The truth hurts. Last log in I had mail from bliz & they found 60s worth of salt deposits for me instead of the 20 runed crests. Had to laugh.
