A rune vendor for alts is exactly what we’ve been asking for. Thank you Blizzard (Wish this was in from the start but better late than never).
Now all we need is shared reputation and the alt system will be perfect

Agreed. I posted something about this earlier. They don’t need to really do anything like build a new system or anything that may not be supported on the classic client.
All they need to do is add rep tokens you can purchase with your character who has a certain rep standing, it’s bind on account, and send it to your alts. Your alts use it and they are granted that reputation level.
I’m even fine if it’s only available up to Revered or something. Just something to eliminate the rep grinds for alts especially in a sped up seasonal mode of the game.
