I can’t seem to find it anywhere and it’s needed for a rogue quest in Dalaran (legion).
Don’t ask, I’m bored and doing some older content.

The old consumable rune of portals was removed with the idea of spells having reagents.
IIRC, you need to sneak into the portal trainers room and yoink the run on the ground behind him.
You know, I think I missed that. I remember doing something like that on another rogue toon I have.
Yeah looks like the quest text is implying you steal / pickpocket this from Archmade Celindra. If I’m looking at the right quest
Well. Pickpocket or just loot something by this npc or their room.
pickpocket doesn’t work on her and there’s no rune on the ground in the portal trainers room.
Nevermind, a rune isn’t needed. Not sure why the guy in the sewers asked for one.
