Rune of Flanking Bugged

With the new addition of the rune vendor in Season of Discovery, I guess all new made hunters has Flanking strikes rune bugged, my pet has land more than 50 white hits and it does not trigger the effect

[Your pet’s Basic attacks have a 50% chance to reset the cooldown on Flanking Strike.]

At all, please check into this matter as this is a HUGE DPS lost for Melee Hunters.

White damage is auto-attacks. “Basic attacks” refers to Claw, Bite, Scorpid Poison, etc. I know that it’s a bit counter-intuitive, but I hope that helps clear it up!
