I finished and turned in Investigating the Legion on the Broken Shores. I noticed that I received the Rune Bound Scroll at the the turn in, but i never received the Rune Bound Scroll in my Inventory, so i couldn’t open it up in Dalaran. I need the Rune Bound Scroll in order to finish the quest Raven’s Legacy … I tried to finish the Raven’s Legacy quest again, but still can’t
