So go resto and guarantee a raid slot.
Or miss a week of raiding and spend those 8 hours in M+ instead. You could clear all of those base mythics in 8 hours easily.
Waste less time on the General discussion page complaining and you’d probably snag a couple ilevels as well
Well, on a positive note…after everyone starts to out gear you they can feed you charity upgrades
I feel loot is stingy now as well, but you have a silver lining. In a couple weeks your guild is going to be able to pass you gear because they will have the ilvl already equiped, especially those that do run M+. It won’t get so bad that you hold everyone back if they pass out unneeded gear.

Complaining on here won’t get you more loot. Current loot pacing is fine. You put more time and effort in you get more loot.
You can buy a heroic carry for loot funneling if you are that determined to only raid for loot.

No, but it makes me feel better. And I get people telling me that the world isn’t really falling. And some of us need that once in a while.
Since Naxx dropped in classic Dec 3 I’ve spent 5 nights in there totally 15 hours and I’ve recieved 0 pieces of loot. Don’t be so entitled.
Is it more stingy than BFA…sure, but the drop rate isn’t horrible.
40% of the party will get loot in a time M+/20% untimed with a guaranteed weekly chest item.
30 pieces of loot per raid clear = most likely more than 1 per raider plus a guaranteed chest item
Plus primary stats matter more than secondary for most classes…so ilvl upgrades are usually upgrades
To be fair, M+ is hurting for loot also; people are going 10+ runs without an upgrade.
Sounds like LFR is the kind of scene you should be in. Run M0s and LFR. Then do Normal CN if you want. I really don’t see the issue here
Point is people who only liked to raid could gear through the raid, and now can’t. Legion and BFA you could. And OP is putting in what should be plenty of time to gear, because someone who put in the same time into m+ OP put into raid who never raided would gear much quicker. M+ers aren’t forced to raid to gear and raid gearing is objectively dismal in comparison.
Which is how raiding is so is fine. You can’t infinitely spam the raid bosses that drop your upgrades but all you need is a key to rerun the same dungeon millions of times.
Have you seen the sheer mountain of #ripcord and Masterloot complaints that have been thrown at the wow dev team over the course of the Alpha/Beta cycle?
Torghast needed some tweaks, especially if you couldn’t sheer tank up. But it’s clear when it comes to loot and gear player power the dev team would rather us be slow and complaining isn’t going to change that. There was a ton of complaints about it during alpha and beta too and it made no change.
I’m not saying I didn’t get what I deserve. I’m just saying that raiding doesn’t feel “self supporting” like it used to. I never played during Vanilla.
LFR isnt exactly a scene. Its 3 bosses.
