so i was in nazjatar doing the questing grind as you do. some people in chat were talking about a rumor where blizzard was going to make the allied races available on the shop.
is this true?
as someone who doesn’t want to go back and grind on argus as a level 120, i would like to be able to play the void elves and lightforged draenei that easily.
conversely, it would feel like there was no point to me grinding 7th legion and proudmoore rep to unlock the dwarves and kul tirans. it would take away the sense of accomplishment from that because now anybody could just buy it and have them instantly.
i dont think blizzard is above doing something like this, especially with the new mount being released, but who knows?
thoughts?
Honestly, I am fine with Blizzard doing this. I don’t care if others get things easier than I had to. Just don’t take away what I earned - a la water strider.

allied races are, after all, just a re-skin. might as well put them in the shop.

IDK but I have seen it on these forums before.
IT would be a good way to raise revenue without having to expand the playerbase.

It’s not true. Rumors happen all the time, most are nonsense. Blizz hasn’t said anything to confirm this is actually a thing.
Eh I don’t care either way. I do Everything the free way and almost never use the cash shop except for server xfers and sometimes a race xfer even though I also have multiple of the same classes at max level like 2 120 hunters and 2 110 warriors and 2 high level druids etc
There is no basis for these rumors.
