same. got the “no ruleset available” so i logged out and back in and now I’m in a 9 minute queue

Reconnected, waited 8 min, still not working.

I got to the characters I made, tried to log in with one, and it says the world servers are down, then kicked me back to my characters.
It would be good PR to tell us whether we should stick around or log out,
