DRIVE quest doesn’t spawn anything to click or use. Had a crash right before getting to the location

Ditto. Crashed and after relogging the shiny circle is forever gone.
I gave up. I abandoned the quest. And whujda know…drive circle reappeared and was able to kill the tiger rug…hmmmmm
