In Ruby Life Pools, at m+ 11, during the last boss fight, there is an affix that requires us to dispel the negative charge to positive charge (apparently, as I am unsure what that means). Is there an addon that tells me who has negative and who has positive charge? Tq

Thats thundering, you know, the seasons affix. The thing that was happening FOR THE WHOLE RUN. If you only just noticed it at the end then your very slow. Didnt you wonder why people were running to eachother/ onto you? If not then your very slow and stupid and the reason pug runs can be so bad and toxic at times
For how to know, look at there heads. 2 are blu circles, 3 are red. Get close to somone with the opposite and stack with 5 secs left
Or this is just a troll but whatever. Season 2 starts in a week or two. Get ready to learn a new set of affixs
It is my first time doing an m+11, or pve for that matter. I have been an avid PvP players with Honor level 316 and i have since stopped PvP’ing.
If you didnt pve howd you lev up? Lol. Pve is player vs monster

Since you asked, i have levelled up doing heroics. Then started hosting m+ with my own keys. Got to m+11 Ruby and it was my first time seeing that negative to positive affix
Cant do h duggs when you start out. Only after you max (i think) and you have X ilev. At the start its only world stuff and normal duggs. Also h dugs is pve, being your fighting mobs, lol

Yes, there are addons that will put marks on the 2 thundering charges so you can tell who has what.
I believe DBM does it.
You don’t need to worry about Thundering next week, seasonal affixes are gone in S2.
And DBM will have your character say + or - indicating what charge you are.
Unless the OP means timewalking dungeons which are technically heroic dungeons.
