As the title states. is this a bug. not even close to same item. spend thousands of gold to craft and find out i cant use both.

Looking at the items on wow head thats cooked they rejuv gem isnt listed as a jewled healing focus. I would report as bug ingame and on the bug report forum.
It’s not a bug, this was known for a long time.
