A bit of an extreme comparison but I bought a prebuilt 3070 + 10700 for $1300. I have until Jan 26th to cancel it without my card being charged. I bought a rtx 3080 and I currently have a ryzen 3600. I only play wow so which combination would be better?

I’d just keep what you got personally especially if you got a 3080 at msrp and cancel the prebuilt.
Get a new cpu/mobo once 11th gen launches in a few months and get it or amd when supply increases
