Yeah that makes sense. There’s always min-maxing to be had from stats.
Too bad about the trinkets.
There’s a staff with an on-use that’s nerfed by 70% but might do a reasonable bit of damage, and then some daggers with a sort of multistrike stat. 
But yeah, trinket bonus too strong, especially when pve trinkets often get 50-80% nerfs.
Oh, and there’s also a gun and polearm with timestrike.

Ironically the most celebrated expansions had lots of PvE items.
I think the games better when blizzard designs everything at the same table rather than letting different groups bandaid fix stuff.

Boomy is below Ele, Demo and BM, and definitely below the several strongest melee (which triple all ranged combined) according to every WoW data website. All of these specs absolutely steamroll us, and decent comps can counter us, the game is a bit whacky on the burst side but it’s still largely fair with some exceptions such as DH literally oneshotting in the past two weeks. You insist the same specs are OP every season even if the data contradicts it. You’re def biased, trolling or both.
Again, regardless of what anybody in the playerbase thinks, the game will just balanced according to what the Devs decide… with all the shenanigans such as Ferals oneshotting after last reset. Let’s see what happens. As usual, players have no choice but to roll with it or reroll

A spec’s representation compared to others over rating thresholds… does NOT indicate its strength…? What other data do we have thus far? BESIDES any of our subjective opinions (which don’t count)…
Regardless of what is stronger at the moment, most specs are easier to play at their skill floor than they were in the past, as we have ~6 buttons “rotations”. The damage tuning, mobility, utility and CC are what’s out of whack nowadays, so even the slightest advantage can result in huge FoTM slants whenever something is “reworked” or just slightly buffed. Meta swings were never this frequent AND strong before DF. Every class is complaining about its archetypal counter more because the game is just paced differently, more ping pong than the chess it used to be. WoW is becoming a phone game, that’s the real issue nobody is talking about.

Too many specs missing, all this looks like is an ordered list of things you can’t beat in arena, no hate.
Its the missing specs. no survival, no feral, no affy locks, neither fire or arcane mage, no shadow priest. No Fury war either, and they seem to be good with set (played with one today who had it, a healer quit after 2 matches) no enhance sham.
