Look if ANYONE is getting a mount it shouldn’t be tied to any specific bracket - just PvP in general.
Like earn X amount of Honor in a season - from any content. Just play what you like and get a cool mount for it. No more baiting people into stuff they don’t want to play.
There are already honor level mounts.

I havent gotten a new honor level mount in years.
(Apparently I am only 11 Honor levels away from one.) But then WHAT? Lvl 250 - 500 had NUFFIN.
500+ also has nuffin.
There should be a new Mount added every season (not unicorns), like the Vicious Saddles. And every 50 Honor levels post 500 or X Honor earned in season, you get a token for these new Mounts.

You can buy previous seasons mounts for marks of honor.
Look at it this way, when you look at the pillars of endgame, rated pvp, m+, and raiding, rated pvp is the only one with a new welfare mount every season.

They used to just have a mark of honor cost. That may have changed. I havent bought old pvp mounts in… a very long time.

You might be thinking of the Black War mounts that used to require BG marks but as those were removed they simply required marks of honor.
