While leveling my stupid level 111 monk in War Mode for 10% exp, I got to experience True World PvP aka getting mind controlled and CC’d for 15 minutes while trying to quest by two 120 Moonguard Alliance players.
So I can confirm that it is, in fact, alive and well and as asinine as it always was.
Just kill me instead of doing nothing but CCIng and then killing me when you’re bored instead wasting 15 minutes of my life you twits.
I think its time I find you, I don’t have shattering throw yet but I am sure it won’t be needed to break your troll’s teeth out and sell it on Alliance AH for 1 copper.

I’m not talking about Ravenhul specifically but every single time we have a big Horde raid on Stormwind or w/e we end up with the raiders swarming in with multiple raid groups, usually mostly off-server players, who sweep up and kill anyone who’s flagged (fair) but then basically just harass and annoy people. It’s never to kill Anduin and then leave or anything like that.
Remember that thread where we had people claiming they just came to kill Anduin and then someone posted screenshots of the group sitting on top of RPers and spamming? Yeah.
PvP would be fun if so many PvPers weren’t turdboys.
I have seen this issue. Me personally I like attacking alliance on sight. However I try to do it with certain taste. If there’s like an RP event going on, etc. I do my best to avoid it. Plus there is backstory behind my RP-WPvP. Ravenhhul himself has a deep hatred towards the Alliance over any other threat to azeroth.
Its kind of ashamed that PVP’s name got tarnished so bad with cess pool mass inv guilds that have the collective rating of 1200. I was an avid PVPer for almost ten years in this game until I got into RP and rolled on ED. I have seen a lot since then and anyone who says you cant use PVP to grief players RPing is from straight up clown town lol.
Deep down I truly wish RP-PVP could work better, maybe it will one day if Blizzard would man up. It would be as simple really as phasing SW and Org out of WM, disallow phasing over non-RP servers or for crying out loud fix the servers how they used to be so cities dont DC over a 20v20 fight…
But what would I know, I just been playing this weird game since BC, maybe PVP is all about lagging, spamming and exploiting for that sweet sweet win for some kids 9 viewers on his stream these days.
