Hello Wyrmrest,
Next week marks quite a momentous anniversary for me as a roleplayer. It has been a year since I started DMing for my current group of WoW guildmates on Wyrmrest Accord. At the start of 2024, I took a shot in the dark to organize roleplay content for them after my previous group essentially quit playing WoW. Finding players that are self-engaged enough is not always easy. I’m happy to share in this thread that I managed to cut out a comfortable slice for myself, and I couldn’t be more appreciative. They’re transparent, supportive, and active. The trifecta of a DM’s dream.
The following link is a story/summary of my roleplay group’s adventures. It is the culmination of 43 roleplaying sessions, each around 3 hours long, totaling over 129 hours of playtime. Roughly 14 players participated throughout 2024, with at least half of them named throughout the document, highlighted in blue.

And there’s more to come! The journey is not over. Starting January 11th, 2025, there’s a plan to continue roleplaying over Khaz Algar, the Siren Isle, Undermine, and beyond. We’re in it for the long haul.
