#RP-PVP Realms, Reconsider One Realm

I don’t RP myself but have played on ED for a long time and remember vividly a dwarf guild that would march around in IF.
If there’s an RPPVP server I’ll join up.

There is also a change .org petition in Pintero’s OP if you’d like to sign it. It’s at 1K+ currently.

Thank you all for joining the fight! I’m feeling confident that we will get at least 1 RP-PVP server in the NA and EU regions, but we must keep up the pressure until Blizzard confirms it 100%.

Emerald Dream had it all, raiding storm wind , mischief in Ironforge, the women of goldshire, well they said they were, but if you drunk enough to black out, its all reset on Tuesday. *Hic. There was also a sense of serenity. Of Order. A place to take a quiet walk with your partner in Moonglen if you were into that sort of thing, or maybe enjoy the snow in Winterspring. The snow brings the reason for the kissing all season, right? Me? Ha! Time is money, pal. A good priest minds over his flock, not spends it all on one false idol. As for Gnomeo and Fooliet ova there, well, lets say a hunter 'pal and mine gave them a memory of a lifetime. The look of true love interrupted by a stampeding Ravasaur, I’ll never forget it. And after wiping the alliance blood off your boot, what better way to fill your glass then with feet kicked up in Booty Bay, waiting for the right sucker to take the wrong deal.

Honestly I’ve never even posted on the forums before but I’ll do it if it gets us one step closer to RP-PVP realms. I had plans to play on them when Classic was announced, would love it if Blizzard put them in at launch.

If Blizzard wants to add them in at all, they should very heavily consider adding rp-pvp realms @ LAUNCH Not doing so may only further fracture our ’ too-niche’ community.

I’ve been recruiting for my Classic RP-PvP Guild since January. Every since it’s announcement I knew where my heart was in this game.

It will be a real shame if we’re left out to dry.

At the very least we deserve a blue post one way or another!

1 RP-PvP realm at launch
active and hungry pvp community
strong w pvp values
high rate of mature structured groups
lasting and player driven content through roleplay
WoW is an MMORPG, please do the right thing Blizzard.

It is sad that this state of the classic forum is likely kosher with blizzard. They likely view all of those threads as “hype”, rather than the shilling/advertising it is.

What a fantastic and well researched post. I would try an RP realm for the first time in classic if there are RPPvP realms.
