Hello, your friendly neighborhood outcast stoner here. I have an RP idea… I just need to figure out how in lore it would work out.

So I have this hunter that is gonna be RPed as a pirate but one of his eyes is covered up with any eye patch to protect it due to it being the cursed item on this man.

Now I know curses are a thing. But I am trying to figure it all out before I start making first glances and before I dive into the RP community, I wanna do this right and fly with this pirate.

Wow lore is pretty lax on this kind of stuff. Curses can be and be from just about anything you want. Seriously there is no specific curse guidelines you need to follow. No real worry about making it not fit the lore.

Curses are pretty open like was said. So maybe some leading questions:

  • What is the curse (obviously)
  • What are the consequences of being seen/uncovered?
  • Is it reversible? Do we want to reverse it?
  • When did you acquire it? How has it affected day to day life (minus the patch, of course)
  • Who gave it to you?
  • Did they have a good reason?
  • Is it helpful at all?
  • What are some draw backs?
  • Why are Forsaken better than humans?
