Anyone got any addons that work kinda like Tongues where you have a bunch of languages you can choose from (both normal racial languages and popular ones from nonplayable races), where when you type with selected language, it ‘speaks’ the language but translates it for anyone else with the addon that has ‘learned’ that language?
I’ve got a toon that only speaks their racial language (playable race) but Tongues is a little broken right now with the button stuck smack dab in the middle of the screen, and WoW’s normal racial language selection appears to be broken (even with all addons disabled)… so I cant even play around with just the options the game is supposed to provide.
I’m guessing I just have to wait and pray that Tongues gets a UI update here pretty soon, but hoping someone might have something that will work decently for now.

There used to be a similar addon called Lore, but fairly sure it was discontinued ages ago. Sadly, looking like we just need to wait on Tongues to update.

I think we’ll just have to wait until Tongues gets fixed. I think they’re aware of the issue already.

I might have to give Tongues another try. I used to use it to have my Fel Orc speak demonic and my Tauren speak Common.
