After the maintenance today, Rousing Decay is no longer dropping from the slime-type creatures in Brackenhide Hollow in The Azure Span. This is making it unobtainable by anyone but herbalists, who only have a limited supply in Decayed plants.
This is bs. Seems you need a small platoon of characters with different professions to make anything.

I got one to drop. One. I had to farm for over 30 minutes for it.
