Rouge bows and guns

So I was playing the demo and I couldn't help but notice I did not have bow and gun skills as a rogue. Does anyone here know if rouges can learn to use these later in the game or do they not get the weapon proficiency until TBC?

You learn from a skill trainer.

Yes it was in vanilla.

Yes it was in vanilla. You had to go to a trainer to learn the various weapon skills.

You get thrown baseline I believe but you can learn guns and bows.

it was a talent you learned as others said called shoot if i recall. it was a one shot per gcd and press (not auto fire).

Really it was a stat stick and pull method imo

and sorry cant remember level required to learn

If you want to play with your rouge head to the barber, you’ll need to play BfA, but it’s the only way

Dual wield is level 10 too. The demo hides that.

You can't use any of your abilities with a ranged weapon of any kind. There is nobsuch thing as a "Bow Rogue" in Vanilla. You only thing this will impact is what animation you use when pulling, and if you need to buy ammo.

Is there a ranged Rogue spec in Modern?

The itemization I think was such that they will want the warrior bow if I remember

Valley of Honor, Orgrimmar - Bows, Thrown Weapons, Axes, Staves, Daggers, Fist Weapons

Lower rise, Thunder Bluff - Guns, Maces, Staves

War Quarter, Undercity - Crossbows, Daggers, Swords, Polearms

Alliance

Warrior's Terrace, Darnassus - Daggers, Fist Weapons, Staves, Bows, Thrown Weapons

Military Ward, Ironforge - Guns, Axes, Maces, Fist Weapons, Daggers, Crossbows, Thrown Weapons

Trade District, Stormwind - Crossbows, Daggers, Swords, Polearms, Staves
