After waiting the hour timer for the Tuna to rotten I sorted my bag and all of the Rotten Rimefin combined. I had a stack of 215 fish and right-clicked the stack to open them one at a time, but it counted the entire stack as 1 fish. I received 1 maybe meat and my stack of 215 fish disappeared.

Same here! I spent a ton of gold on them then sorted bag, clicked, and gone… @Blizzard any help?

not only that - if you click sort when you have the frosted rimefish tuna in your bag it all disappears.

This is still happening. I just lost a whole pile of rotten rimefin and all I got was some damned maybe meat!!!

Bug is still happening had 80+ rotten fish to open and it counted it as one

Still happening, lost 200 fish and got 1 maybe meat. Also you cant put them on the AH if they are stacked, you need to split them into stacks of 1 to post on the AH.

Yep, same thing here just now.
I had a couple hundred Frosted Rimefin Tuna defrosting, and I put them in my bank while I did a mythic run for space. They all turned rotten, as expected, and when I went to pull them each from my bank they created a stack in my bags. About 130x of them. I moved away from the bank to open the stack of Rotten Rimefin Tuna, and as soon as I clicked it once they all vanished and I didn’t get anything form them except for 2x Maybe Meat, which is what usually comes from 1x Rotten Rimefin Tuna.
This is still happening, would be really nice if Blizzard would hurry and fix this
A fix temporary for this: put them on your spell bar and click your keybind to open them
same here 300+ and hours of fishing just for one maybe meat

Literally same thing just now. Can we get an item restoration or something??? That was terrible to just experience lol
Temporary fix, if you have say 200 fish split it into a stack of 199, the 199 should now not be soulbound and should open one by one if you click it
Still bug. Had 260 - automatically stacked and after one click I got 3x piece of basic meat. I lost 2h farming and 9k gold. 
Still broken. 30+ fish became a single maybe meat.
Can confirm it is still happening.
Had this happen twice, both times it was from fish I’d fished up my self. The second stack was around 22, the first was around 50.
