Why does rotfeaster have a 3 hour spawn timer?
3% drop rate on mount and anyone can just solo kill him in < 30sec.
Please lower the spawn timer, it seems pretty unhealthy.

I usually see him 30 mins to 1.5 hours usually closer to 30 mins, sometimes longer than the 1.5 hours. But I have on occasion seen him respawn in minutes, Iād log off one alt and log onto another and Rotfeaster was back up. RTU said I was on the same shard as well. I camped him while working last week everyday during that invasion on 24 characters.
I think you may be having some bad luck with sharding.
Meanwhile in vale, hal-li and rei-lun is up every 5 seconds lol.
