Ok. I’m right handed. I’m having surgery On the right shoulder.
I will be in a sling for three weeks. Even though I will be able to move my wrist and hand I will not be able to use a mouse the way the sling is made. My hand will be against my stomach.
What are my options? Can I play with keyboard only left handed? I’m a mouse turner so never have i keyboard turned.
Maybe a gaming mouse I will have to use left handed.

No, or at least not yet. I would buy an Xbox controller if you don’t have one already and look in to getting it to work with WoW. I wouldn’t suggest doing difficult content but at least it’s something. I haven’t done the WoW controller thing since vanilla so I’d imagine it’s better now. Or there are plenty of games on Steam where you won’t be hindered playing them with a controller.
A trackball would be another option. I currently use a Logitech MX Ergo Plus wireless trackball, you could hold it in your hand up against your stomach and it would work just fine. I’ve done that a few times when I had a sore arm & using the trackball on the desk was uncomfortable.
A Logitech M570 would be a cheaper option if you’re only going to use it for a few weeks. I used those for many years, but I can’t recall if I ever used one in that fashion.
I know a guy that put the mouse pad on his stomach and tried that.
Didn’t work well.

I had a surgery 2 years ago on my right shoulder from a torn labrum. Effectively had no cartilage holding my shoulder in place.
Honestly, after you get out of surgery you’ll have a few days adjusting to pain meds so you won’t be playing much while your drowsy.
It’s not to hard, you can slip the sling down so it’s still supported and kinda lean into your mouse. Turn the dpi up so you don’t have to move your arm to much. Depending how your shoulder surgery goes it shouldn’t be to painful, rotator cuff surgery isn’t to invasive unless you have a vertical tear.
All those years of downpicking and using a mouse to play WoW finally took its toll eh?
