I got three azerite gear with nothing personal and double douse recently. I thought they were the best traits.I changed sub to the Master Assassin talent. when i tested it out, i lost 3k of dps. I normally use Shrouded Suffocation+sub with 3 vendetta and 2 double douse.
I use :
Mutilate then garrote then rupture follow by Vendetta.

The difference when using Master Assassin vs Subterfuge + Shrouded Suffocation is what you do when you vanish.
With MA you want 5 cp and pool energy before you vanish.
Then: Vanish > Envenom > Mutilate > if >3 cp Mutilate > Envenom.
If you get 4 cp on the first Mutilate go straight to Envenom.
The goal is to get 2x Envenom during the MA buff. If you can pull this off during Vendetta with 3x Double Dose, you get some nice dps.
