2 weeks I’m waiting for 2 world quests to pop. Is there a rotation, completely random, or what gives? Can’t even attempt it, and when they finally pop, everyone is gonna jump on them making the achievements impossible to do.

The BFA meta achievement sucks.
I had to wait 2 months for the correct nazjatar puzzle world quest to spawn. And you have to check twice each day to make sure you don’t miss it.
I’m waiting on Upright Citizens and Sabertron Assemble, where it is rng if you even get the right npc.

I need Sandfish and Apocalypse. Wowhead comments state sandfish was up 20 days ago, and Apocalypse hsd been A.W.O.L. since 11.0.7. That doesn’t make any sense, there isn’t that many world quests…

I am sure there is a long term rotation that could be worked out analyzing data.
As far as the player base is concerned. I think its mainly random. We dont have access to Blizzards database / formula

Edit : jan 23rd, still waiting on sandfishing. Last seen exactly a month ago according to a comment on wowhead.
