Rotation for Fury in PVE

Hey y’all. I’m currently at ilvl 385, running a bastion, titan, raging blow, ravager build. I can’t seem to get past 27k dps in raids/mythic+.

My rotation prio after popping recklessness, bastion, ravager, and odyns/titan is as follows:

  1. Rampage
  2. Execute
  3. Raging Blow

Is this correct, or am I prioritizing rampage too much?

Here’s my build;

Thanks in advance

Show talents. Are you running RA or AM? Can’t help if you don’t give us anything. Prio greatly differs if you aren’t running Reckless Abandon.

Are they even pulling enough for your fury to shine?

Also how are they pulling them? Dragging or mobbing for burst?

Bastion is very dependent on how the stack is before you unleash

With a CB build you want to prio CB. So your normal rotation will be to Hit Rampage to proc two Crushing blows. Use said CB. Rinse and repeat. If you get rage starved, fill with Execute / Blood / Raging / WW to get enough rage to Rampage into Crushing Blows. Also in AOE it is very important you don’t CB without a whirlwind stack.

With spear, you want to pop your other big boy burst and let hurricane get a couple stacks before popping Spear to maximize its boom.

But yea, CB is always prio when it’s up. Then rampage in order to get more CB

Drop second wind and pick up frothing berserker. Barbaric training is also a very minimal dmg increase in aoe, nothing in single target. Better off grabbing Inspiring presence for raiding, or storm bolt for m+. You should drop endurance training as the 5% stam is nice, but not helping your DPS and fill out the rest of that row. In raids, spear is fine, but in M+ you are going to find it much harder to use effectively. Thunderous Roar and Thunderous words will beat it out in situations where mobs are spread or where you need to do heavily movement a lot (such as in most M+ packs without a perfect coordinated comp doing gathering / stuns.

In terms of stats, I recommend simming, but it tends to be (Str and Wep dmg) > Mastery > Haste up to maybe 3k > crit > vers > haste after 3k.

For M+ Tier pieces are strong as you can always get a mob into execute range and keep up ashen juggernaut stacks and cleave it. It is one of the weakest tier sets, but don’t listen to everyone and ignore it.

For rotation:
Odyn’s Fury (If enraged and at 1 or less stack of WW buff, unless you are holding for predictable new aoe targets like summons or if at the very end of a pack) → Execute → Rampage (if in Execute range and I am not enraged) → Crushing Blow → Rampage otherwise → Bloodbath → Raging Blow → Bloodthirst → WW. WW as filler if in AOE and stacks are 0 so 4 moves then WW, repeat.

For our CDs, you can macro Recklessness, Avatar, and Thunderous roar together and treat them as 1 large 1.5 min CD. You open with Ravager on packs, pop your algethar puzzle box (2 sec cast which lets ravager build stacks and its on 3 min CD so every other ravager), charge in, cast rampage (should have enough rage due to ravager), then pop your 1.5 min CD macro, and continue with the rotation.

For charge, I would replace it with a macro that charges and whirlwinds at the same time. There is a distance from mobs where you can charge and get the whirlwind stacks at the same time. Helpful for starting packs.
