Mushroom-Core is up now.
There’s an extensive ReadMe.txt in the addon folder that should explain everything.
This isn’t going to be for everyone, but if you’ve struggled with setting up rotation priorities in or out of Weak Auras, this may be the tool you’ve been waiting for.
I only put it up on TukUI.org, so it’ll be there and on WoWUP (when they refresh from that site).

Edited to add: There’s a slight bug in either TukUI.org or WoWUp that won’t show the two template plug-ins with a search key of “Mushroom” - just use “Mush” and the Core and both template plug-ins will show.
