Using these keys to rotate is like being in slow motion. So bad I need to use my mouse everytime when I am used to using the directions from my keyboard. What’s going on??

Same here, but with mouse turning (holding right click) as well. Relogging fixes keyboard turning, but it occasionally comes back. Only thing I can think of is that I was in the new mechsuit for the siren isle quest earlier.
Edit: My “mouse look speed” was set to -2 in the options. Turning that up fixed the issue.

I noticed this but I figured since I don’t usually keyboard turn I was imagining things. Glad to see I’m not going crazy.
The reports I saw indicated that the unexpected change in turn rate may have been a side effect of doing the Storm Phase quest in Siren Isle this week, when you use the mecha provided.
The self-serve solution is to manually restore a reasonable turn rate with the command above, but it would be nice if bugs wouldn’t spontaneously and gratuitously break stuff like this.
Honestly, since they haven’t done any updates or fixes since 12/20, it feels like the game is falling apart. The game is in worse shape now than it’s been in many years.

This fixed it, thanks! Before running the command turning with A or D took 3 seconds before my characters feet actually started to turn in place. My absent minded circle running was a much bigger radius.
