What am I missing with this ability, every time I get targeted with it on anything higher than a seven on my rogue I get one shot unless I have a major cd up. Playing Assassination.
Is this a ‘we need cloak every minute’ situation or is there a mechanic I forgot about with the Spew?
You have to press Cloak or you need to drop Cheat for Elusiveness.
At a high enough level (around 15ish) even feint w/ elusiveness may not be enough without an external or some group buff active, particularly as sin rogue. If you’re using deathstalker with Bait and Switch, evasion should make you easily live it, particularly combined with elusiveness.
Also remember that you may need to go away from the mob for a bit so you avoid the constant aoe damage and you’re topped up before it hits. How much you have to do this will depend on your healer.
