Before the latest update, this Shaman at level 60 could use the Rostrum. The proof is my current white skin Slitherdrake. Now it says the Rostrum can’t be used until level 70, which prevents me from using the Rostrum to complete a quest given at level 60. Is this a bug or an intended change?
It’s a bug that popped up with the last patch. They are supposedly working on it. I suggest you don’t leave the Dragon Isles as the bug is also affecting the portal back for some people.
I’ve got a 62 Troll Hunter on my EU account stuck in Org because for some reason the portal is LVL 70 restricted… And because until just now I forgot the airship exists.

Have you tried deleting the cache folder? I’ve had problems with it today on a lower leveled alt until I deleted the WoW cache folder. It might work for you

It worked. Must be a well hidden bug they can’t find if the cache folder is locking things in the game. That is the 3rd time I’ve had to delete the Interface, WTF, and Cache in 2 months. Hope it doesn’t become mandatory after every maintenance.

The bug was fixed. You still had old data in your cache. Deleting the cache folder causes the game to rebuild it.
That said, I think Blizzard should’ve told people that you have to delete cache for this particular fix.
Anyway, you did NOT need to delete interface and WTF. Just cache.
I know. I deleted the others because if one is messed up the others usually need to be deleted too. Blizzard always told me to delete all 3 when I’ve had troubles in the past.

Just FYI, if you have problems with Interface and WTF, RENAME them rather than deleting (so you don’t unnecessarily lose addon settings). Renamed to Interface.old and WTF.old. If the problem isn’t fixed, then you can rename them back.
Cache should just be deleted, nothing is gained by renaming that because it’s just temporary files.
