New Level 70 Requirement. Why?

It is a bug, apparently they’re working on a fix. Only mention of the val portals requiring level 70 though.
No mention of the renown/dragon talents button not showing up for >70 characters.

60-69 have been rendered broken in Dragon Flight , there are a number of posts naming
several problems and the removal of Rostrum is a big one !
As an altoholic … I was hyperventilating when I saw that.
Thanks, at least I can rest knowing it is indeed a bug.
There is a “fix” to this by going to the Barber, switching hair cut, then it’ll trigger the quest complete. You still can’t access the Rostrum, but the quest will complete for some reason.
