Room Types

So we have our set of fairly basic room types, and of course we can unlock the day and night rooms which is awesome, but as housing progresses I can’t help but wonder what other room types are in store as we level. I was discussing it with someone and an idea was presented: ocean rooms. Inspiration? The Throne of Tides dungeon. Here’s some screenshots to help show the possibilities! Hopefully they work and sorry if they look weird I think it has to do with my graphics settings, but hopefully it’s clear enough to show the intent.

The idea is that this could be a very cool aquarium type room, maybe for aquatic pets or just general aquatic wildlife (dealer’s choice I guess, but I will always vote for pet options). I think it’s a pretty solid idea, but I would like to hear what others think and also hear about some room types as suggestions!

A cave room would be nice. I know you can kind of create them with the boulders but they take up a lot of decor points and still never quite look ‘right’.

Truly round tower style rooms would be cool, especially with curved or spiral stair sections that were designed to fit in them.

I would imagine that they would add more sizes of the ‘empty staircase’ room. I am finding the extra height on the empty staircase room to be very versatile but there are times when I’d like a smaller or larger version of that room.

Agree on the cave room. At least something that kind of gives it a backdrop so that terra forming a cave is not only more efficient but looks better!

It’s a fun idea and maybe we’ll see it way (way) down the line.

Still, it is always good to pull suggestions from existing places. Our odds will be better, I think!
