Hello, how does this work? Tried testing and cannot find anything online.
You get 5 fury, and 0.5% damage for 12 seconds, for every soul you picked up but did not spend on collapsing star when you fall out of meta.
So if you have 12 souls collected and fall out, you’ll get 60 fury and 6% damage increase.
It’s a small bonus to make dropping out of meta without spending the souls you have on a star less costly.
Yes, while in form I collect but when I’m out there’s no damage boost except feast of souls. Also I see zero fury boost when meta ends. Not using star build. Think I figured it out, didn’t think it was only for star build.
Yes you actually need to be talented into collapsing star for the talent to work.
If you’re going for the starless build, you still to take star for roiling torment to function. You just never press it.
