The talent doesn’t appear to be working will not stack or refresh at 50 seconds
I’ve noticed that casting Stormkeeper on top of the proc will override it so we don’t get 3, just 2.
It does the same thing with the talent that gives 2 free CL when tempest hits multiple targets. Stormkeeper overrides that one too.
So I downloaded a WA that tracks the timer and it’s accurate most of the time (gets buggy sometimes when you mount)
From my understanding, it ticks constantly even when you’re out of combat, and when it reaches 0 it checks if you’re in combat or not, if yes it will grant you a charge, if not then it will repeat the 5 second countdown until you enter combat.
It also resets to 5 seconds if you already have stormkeeper activated when the countdown resolves, even if you only have 1 stack, it will not “add” another stack to it. If you start the pull by precasting stormkeeper and doing ur rotation, it will grant you a charge after you’ve expanded both your stormkeeper charges, which is whenever the 5 second countdown resolves.
