Rolling Druid on Horde Side, Which Race?

I’m not a min/maxing meta person, but what I’m looking for is which race brings the best QoL / Survival traits to the Druid Class. Also, which race would be best for each Class Spec (Balance, Feral, Guardian, Restoration)? However, I usually play Feral/Guardian hybrid type Druid.

My Druid has officially been all available races and since I went back to Horde I recommend trolls. I tried Tauren, and it was fine I guess if you don’t mind looking like if you run any slower you’ll go backwards. Besides, the mogs I like don’t suit them.

Z trolls are good for mogs if you can get over their weird stance that makes their arms look silly. They also run terribly. Trolls look good for the most part and have the most personality. :woman_shrugging:t3:

Zandalari are definitely my favorite Horde-side Druid:

  • Dinosaur forms
  • Embrace of the Loa racial
  • Disconnected from the Cenarion Circle
  • Males are upright
  • Zandalar Forever!

Just a bit of information on the Embrace of the Loa racial - every five days, you can go to one of six shrines in Dazar’alor to receive a Loa’s blessing:

  • Akunda - healing abilities have a chance to heal for an additional amount (nice for Resto)
  • Bwonsamdi - attacks have a chance to deal X Shadow damage and heal you for 100% of that damage (really only useful for leveling)
  • Gonk - increase movement speed by 5% (meh)
  • Kimbul - attacks have a chance to cause the target to bleed for 6 secs, stacking 3 times (could be nice for a Bleed heavy build)
  • Pa’ku - abilities have a chance to grant 4% critical strike for 12secs (not bad for DPS)
  • Krag’wa - taking damage has a chance to grant additional HP and Armor (basically the tank blessing)
