Why is Roll the Bones in its current iteration not on the GCD? It would feel way better and make more sense if I could roll it similar to how Sub Rogue has Symbols of Death off the GCD so you can throw it down with Slice and Dice at the same time or something.
Ghostly strike, Adrenaline Rush, Vanish, and all 3 of our defensives are all off the GCD at the moment. You also should never be pressing S&D outside of the opening window anyway.
Try weaving any of the cooldowns if it feels clunky, but at the point of them making it an off GCD button, they might as well just make it a set of passive buffs that randomize on their own. It’s exactly the same as being off the GCD at that point, and you’re removing button bloat.
It’s a “choose your moment” choice that’s a classic rogue fantasy element.
If you go into a damage window and forgot to roll your dice, you chose your moment with less finesse than a rogue who would have.
If you want less buttons and less thinking, ret pally is the go-to right now.
