Can someone please tell me why all of the other horde and alliance leaders look nice with nice looking models with nice gear and then poor Rokhan looks like someone’s abandoned alt?

No matter how much I would love to have the next Loa of Kings as the new Darkspear racial leader. I don’t think it would happen.
