Rogues counter DH?

dash away until evasion is over, if you can escape the constant snares/stuns that is... vengeful retreat buff will help with this.

I would say rogues are our counter, I usually have problems with them unless I get the edge on them with my sight.

Evasion -> rain from above.

Problem solved lol.

But srsly get detainment and use when they evasion (prolly used trinket on your opener or you should easily win) for 4/5s clone (forget which) then chaos nova. Just bought yourself like 7-8s of no damage from him. If u die in that 2-3s u weren't winning that fight anyways.

I am super getting tired of everyone calling out DH on being Overpowered... When Paladins seem to be on par with Damage, and have an improved Karma.

frost mages, Slows for days.
BM hunters have pets hitting for 80k....
Rogues just do a lot of damage along with stuns/slows.

I find this hilarious. The uploader of the above video, recently uploaded a video of him doing a 1v3 as a frost mage... which ironically ended up with him 1v1'ing a DH at the end, and ripping the DH a new !@#$.

I used to be on the same server as this guy back during BC or so, can't stand him there and can't stand his posts on here. The dude hasn't changed much.

By the looks of it, that demon hunter he killed ran out of cooldowns.

If you can actually stun or root a demon hunter when they've flicked their kill switches, sure, they aren't a problem once those wear off. But if one jumps on you and uses Chaos Nova, it's a guarantee he's going to get you from 100 to 0 before the stun is over. And he'll still be running around in demon form, ready to instantly burn down somebody else.

The irony of all this, of course, is that rogues were once very similar in design. If we had all of our cooldowns available, we could insta-gib anyone we came across. This was changed because it's very obviously bad design. Now Blizzard has done it again and demon hunters are eager to defend it because they want to stay a flavor-of-the-month class for as long as possible.

Don't talk about "bandwaggoners" when you're on one yourself.

Some outlaw honor talents are going to be hard counters to veng DH. I haven't unlocked then yet but.

Dismantle - takes your weapon away for 8 seconds. I used to use this on blood DK's - negates most of your healing and killing power.

Plunder Armor - removes targets armor and equips it on rogue. As well as reducing targets health and attack power while buffing rogues by equal amount.

Those are in same tier so can't be used at same time, but both are fairly powerful for veng.

2 minute evasion CD that last 10 seconds, you aren't killing a DH in 10 seconds. And there mobility is the best in the game.
