Hey there. Just need advice on my weapons. Going combat rogue for my worgen. I know your higher damage weapons needs to be slower, and less damage weapon/ needs ti have faster speed. So for example, a weapon with 2.6 speed is slower, and a weapon with 1.6 speed is faster, correct? For Shadiwlands?
99% sure weapon speed doesn’t matter now but that could’ve changed back to mattering again
Shadowlands? I thought you were talking about classic. If so then yes.
Slow main hand> higher damage weapon> higher white hits.
Fast offhand>more attacks> more poison procs> more damage.
Plus if you level sword main hand and dagger off hand you’ll have more options at 60.
So does weapon speed matter in Shadowlands cause I know it matters in the classic versions
Since there isn’t a combat rogue I presume you mean Outlaw. They use maces, axes, swords or fist weapons and all have the same 2.60 speed. Assassination and subtlety use the faster daggers.

Outlaw can also use off hand dagger as well
ummm…poison procs aren’t normalized for attackspeed in retail, and the difference so small that it basically doesn’t matter. So does it matter? Sure I guess if you are in the main roster of Limit, but doesn’t matter for 99.9% of the player base.
