Rogue Tank Quality of Life Buff

This helps out quite a bit with Rogue Tanking because now people won’t feel the need to build big CP Blade Dances when doing packs. Most of us were just using 1-2pt Blade Dance to maintain the Rune anyway, but it felt bad to lose out on several percent worth of Parry to do so. Now tab-SS will be nice and fluid, with only one CP being necessary to get a full 10% Parry and the Rune activation. 65 Energy for a SS-BD coupling is hardly a problem.

This will also allow later phase MTing to be pretty nice since we can get away with sub-5pt BD and not lose any defensiveness, as well as allows us to be maximally tanky if we have to run off and snag an add or emergency Taunt something. Once we get access to things like Imp S&D, Relentless Strikes, etc, we might actually be able to weave in damaging finishers here and there too.

Now if we could just get some kind of AoE move in the next phase…

Would be better if they added energy 1 to 2 points of energy return on dodging and parrying.

There’s a talent for CP generation right now, we just can’t really afford to get it at 25. 18pts into Sub gets us 45% chance on Dodge to add a CP to the target.

A slight boost in Energy regeneration for Parrying/Dodging isn’t out of the question either, but I’m not sure we really need either of these just yet. We don’t have a ramp-up when taking tons of damage so that might be problematic for scaling in more intense raid encounters, but being consistent whether taking active damage or not has its perks and Rogues in Vanilla are certainly not DPS slouches.
