Can’t get them to work with openers in SoD. Have you found a way to make them work with sap/ambush/garrote, etc?

Pretty much something like this should do it. It’s how I kept up with my lockpicking as I leveled for the most part.

Sometimes I’ve noticed that the pickpocketed loot shows up when you loot the corpse though oddly enough.

You must not be moving to pickpocket, you cannot loot while the character is moving.
The above macro is fine, just remember to halt before using it.
