On my rogue I recently completed “Throwing SI:7 off the trail” and turned it in, getting Lord Ravenholdt as a companion thing. Then he disappeared and his chair became empty. That seems normal, but I noticed soon after I was getting no new rogue quests. The rogue is level 38. Can anyone help?
The level range on stuff is weird now. Some of the Class Hall quests were meant to be completed at max level at the time, so maybe now some require 40+ or 45+? That’s my best guess. Come back at a higher level.
The Vulpera rogue I’m working on leveling is doing WoD stuff, so I otherwise don’t know.

I had the same problem with my hunter. I hit a wall at 19 and it seems like 3/4 of the missions require level 45 which is stoopid.
In Legion, Class Hall Campaigns NEVER ended before max level (i.e., 110). They even involved world quests that don’t open up until max level.
Right now, max level in Legion is level 45. That means, every Legion quest that was previously only at max level, will only appear when you reach level 45.
On this alt i had to dump the quest line and start it all over. If you have a legendary quest picked up, drop that as well. Some how that has been getting in the way and it was never fixed. Once you dump the rogue hall quests and Artifact quest(s). Now go and try Order Hall quest line. Also when you go for the ravens eye, kill all bosses slow and check your lock outs. If you are locked out, you can run raven eye but it will not drop.
