Rogue order hall missing NPC Zan Shivsproket, have done Harbinger questline and still gone. Was attempting to purchase remaining class mounts. This issue is happening with the similar posts about the hall having invisible walls and appearing as if it is in conflict with one of the daily quests from dragonflight that take you to this zone.
