The Rogue Orderhall is locked to the phase where you are meant to travel back in time to kill Amber Kernan. If you enter the order hall the normal way, invisible walls will lock you out and you get the “Disguised” and “Time Displaced Veil” buffs applied to your character.
I do not have the quest to do this either, it just appears. I’d love to post links and video, but I’m not allowed to just yet.
I’d like to second this. I’m trying to get my Class mount (Trying to wrap up Order Hall campaigns on all of my characters), and everything Ryshá says happens when I try to enter the Hall of Shadows: there’s an invisible wall that prevents entry, and I have both the Disguised and Time Displaced Veil buffs active.
I managed to get past the walls by going to the Dalaran Cheese shop and talking to One of the NPCs that allowed me to interact with the nearby door. However, everything is still as I listed above. I cant also get closer, but i feel i might break things if I do. So I’ll leave it at that for now.
Check to see if you have The Harbinger quest in your log. It phases Dalaran and causes issues with all class halls there. If you have it, go ahead and complete the first couple of quests that take place in Dalaran and hopefully you’ll be good to continue the rogue order hall.
I finished that entire questline.
I’ll try this when the server comes back up and report back.
UPDATE: I completed the entire Harbinger questline on my Rogue, and the issue still persists. So, at least for the Hall of Shadows, this does not work.
I was able to finish the Mount questline by going in through the cheese shop. However, anything to do with the Follower board was not accessible.
I have this issue as well - character turns golden, gets the Time Displaced Veil buff immediately upon going through the secret doorway, and invisible walls precent you from going beyond the first hall turn.
Hi there, so I was going through this issue recently. Was trying to finish class hall on Rogue. There are multiple enterances to the Rogue Class Hall.
You can go upstairs in the black smith / mining shop, speak to the orc and he will toggle an entrance that takes you beyond the barrier. This worked for me, but I can’t see the map anymore.
I hope this helps, still kinda messing with it.
Update : So I can’t see a number of NPCS nor the mission map, I was hoping upon hand in it would remove this, but no go.
Anybody else got any ideas?
I have completed the Harbinger quest line (a week or so ago) and ran into this today when trying to get to my class hall. Though I can get in through the mining shop, none of the stuff I need to interact with like the mission board is in there. Other classes I’ve tried are fine (priest, mage, hunter) so I’m pretty sure it’s something to do with the quest that the OP mentioned.
Still unable to unlock the rogue order hall on a level 28 rogue. As soon as you go past the secret door, you turn into a “disguised as an Uncrowned” “time-displaced” human male. Even if you cancel the temporal buff, you can’t get past an invisible wall. You can only go through the portal to Eon’s Fringe, in the entirely wrong expansion.
Go in through the plank and go up the tunnel, it gets you around the invisible wall. Hope they fix this, it’s annoying.
As soon as I hit the tunnel off the plank, I turned into a sparkly bronze human male again. I can’t cancel the disguise. I do get past the invisible wall (and, in fact, can’t cross the invisible wall in the other direction, either), and I can use the torch to enter the downstairs HQ with Lord Jorach & co., but that’s it.
None of the usual Order Hall NPCs are present, and I’m not getting credit for Call of the Uncrowned: 0/1 Enter the Hall of Shadows.
This happened to me today and I did one of the sordomi quests but the one that takes me to the hall of shadows is not a quest it’s just a random portal on the dragon isles…

To find your Rogue Class Hall Mission table, it’s now on the bottom floor of The Vindicaar in Argus. It’s a scroll on a table by Lady Liadrin and Silgryn.

Even though I can use the Rogue Mission table down stairs in the Vindicaar I still can’t hand in quest “Where in the world is Mathias”. Sadness.
