I’m genuinely not sure where to go with this. I tried Googling the issue, I tried Wowhead comments, but nothing has any help.
So I’m leveling my Rogue through Legion and I’ve been trying to get on the order hall questline, and my problem is when it comes to collecting additional weapons after the first one.
I talked to Ravencrest I think his name was, and I chose the Kingslayers. Now I believe I should be able to speak to Tess Greymane, but she simply isn’t there. The exclamation point is on the map, but the NPC is straight up gone. Relogging, leaving the area and coming back later, etc, just don’t work.
Wowhead comments suggest that maybe I have her on a mission at the moment, but I’m at the very start of the campaign and only have Garona and Valeera as companions, and even when they were off a mission, Tess still wasn’t there, plus I don’t even see Tess on the companion list.
I really don’t know what to do here, any ideas?
It is no longer possible to see two Tess Greymane NPCs in The Hall of Shadows.
sounds like this hotfix from 6/14 broke something lol.

Same for me. I was doing the order hall and legionfall questing to get Tess as a champion and she isn’t there. I’ve completed all previous quests and pre-reqs but she isn’t there. When I look on the minimap, the quest for the legendary weapon is also there but she isn’t.
Yeah seems the last hotfix broke Tess. Can’t see her at all and can’t finish the campaign or get the weapons.
no clue, asking in the rogue forum or discord would probably get you the best results.
that hotfix might not even be the issue, it just seems a little suspicious they fixed an npc and just a few days later you’re having issues with that very npc.

Tess who? Never seen her, she must be alliance only NPC.

Dude. Have you check the temperature in those sewers this week? Tess is having an attack of good sense and chilling with her mage friends at Crystal Lake.

Update: As of today, it’s fixed.

Seems that the Griftah NPC is also missing.
