Rogue needs Cheat Death and Cloak of Shadows

And Warriors need Spell Reflect…at the least.

That is all.

I’m a Priest, and even I think they need Cloak of Shadows. Having Fairie Fire / DoTs (which every class has now) completely negate your defining class mechanic is pretty lame.

Cheat Death…nah.

Rogues have cloak of shadows and cheat death already. They’re ready to be used.

In retail.

Bye.

Rogues are completely fine in pvp. Warriors, hunters, and feral druids need help.

Feral is hybrid – Druids are fine.
Hunter is still strong.
Warrior is an EZ kill 99% of the time.
Rogue is completely fine…sure, in 1v1.

Personally I’d prefer they just tone down the burstyness of the game first. I do love Spell Reflect, but the real problem with PvP is the fact that spell casters can do huge amounts of damage that are simply un-mitigable, and I fear that Blizzard would add these Counter-On-A-Cooldown abilities and then fail to address the actual problems.

I don’t think they need cheat death, but a Cloak of Shadows esq ability is pretty warranted I’d say with all the DoTs added to the game and just how fast paced combat is. I enjoy the fast pace but I do want there to be a bit of counterplay available.

At this time vanish is pretty useless outside of 1v1, and whereas rogues are meant for 1v1 and that’s a valid arguement, their defensives are meant to support them in getting out of those 1vXs typically.
A warlock or Spriest can simply dot up a rogue and walk away, without sitting to eat the rogue will just die, but a mage will have a hard time fighting a good rogue that gets the jump. In these scenarios, Cloak would be good vs warlock/sp and op vs mage.

My suggestion would be something like the luffa trinket, but for magical/physical debuffs. it would simply remove them, not make you immune to them. That’d allow for counterplay from your enemy, a way to vanish safely, while also keeping the spirit of the fast paced combat.
Sorry for textwall, im jus waiting on something lol.

Marksman is a dead spec. It’s the weakest pvp and 2nd weakest pve spec in the game right now.

restoration potions are your friend.

As a feral druid I can throw out 2 weak heals at best. Some hybrid.

Ferals have zero defenses. Zero gap closers. Finshers all suck. 1 CC that takes about 1/2 or more our mana to use. So they sort of do need help. Way more help then rogues do.

Rogues are 100% fine. If anything they have too many tools to lock people down. Giving them more will make them unstoppable. Vanilla has counters to stealth that future expansions lost and thats a great thing.

All I can say is L2P druid in PVP. LOL

meh i think its mostly fine, id like to see the duration of faerie fire drop to like 15 seconds. A fight long over with before its current duration expires and its just annoying trying to wait it out. either party in such an encounter is already dead 99.9% of the time.
better fix would be to put more resists on gear outside normal item budget.

If you need explaining, there are hundreds of guides out there already…

Rogues are the strongest 1v1 class in the game…this is a fried take.

Git gud /10 char

A from you go in when you are facing physical only damage (rarely). You do no damage, have zero magic mitigation and just die a little slower. In Vanilla it was useful against a warrior or rogue but with the power creep and runes its not great.
