Rogue Leg Runes kind of suck & Shadowstep is fun

Rogue Leg Runes are all finishers, none of which that I use b/c I’m not a poison spec and the other two are meh compared to other finishing moves. I’m also not pvping so I dont really need the stun one either.

I do use Shadowstep on waist though because it’s really fun. I wish there was more mechanics like this, I love that Nightcrawler (X-Men) playstyle. But the cool down is too long (30 secs). I still use it but the CD is too long.

It would be cool if there was a Rogue Rune that reduced the cooldown of Shadow Step.

You can’t really mess around with mobility CD too much though, otherwise it creates massive PvP imbalance.

If you’re pvping, envenom is still very useful especially if you’re running deadly brew on chest piece. Blade dance is pretty useful too, but I get how not fun it is. Shadowstep/strike CD being lowered would make clothies even crazier than they already are.

Here’s my idea for a DPS combat finisher for the leg slot:

Rune of Unending Strikes

A finishing move that slashes the target, causing a powerful bleed effect over time. While active, your abilities cost 5 less Energy. Affected by all talents and effects that modify or interact with Rupture. Can be refreshed with CttC or used with Carnage. Deals 80% damage in PvP combat.

They’d have to play with the damage formula, but it’s basically a bleed equivalent of envenom.

If you arent running envenom, you’re just doing it wrong.
