make the class have more utility and it doesn’t have to have damage
the class would be actually competitive if the class had a higher skill cap so therefore it wouldn’t be just one shotting idiots at 1400 and would make it able to be played high rated
it is viable no doubt atleast A tier but at this rate you will not see a rogue go far in AWC

gouge prep disarm idfk anything that would make it have a higher skill cap with more utility that would make it good at high rating while it being balanced at low rating because it wouldn’t one shot

other than the class design being very bad and its viability is determined by its damage yea idk man
makes the class harder by depruning and making it not do big dam would be more fun so idrk
There is 2 rogues in the top 20 3s, thats about the same representation as most other strong classes rn.
i do not think its viability is determined by how good its damage/healing is, its not ret or enhance.
u also got a decent amount depruned, im p sure ur favorite team the move will still do well.

i just think it would be more healthy for the game for rogue to actually have more utility and not just damage with stuns its very bland
im not even calling for damage buffs etc i just think it would be a more well rounded class if it got spells back and less damage
rogue being s+ tier below like 1800 and like A- tier high duelist and up is not good design

obviously sub going back to 1 min 1 charge dance would be better for everyone but it’s not going to happen. and if it does happen it won’t be until next expansion at the earliest. i agree that rogues should have gouge and dismantle back but those are contingent upon the class being completely redesigned back to pre wod sub

Between Shadowy Duel, Smokebomb, Blind, Sap, Shadowstep Kick and stuns galore, Rogues have some of the best utility in the game. And RMP will always have a place in tournaments. If you are in denial about that, I don’t think anyone will possibly be able to say anything that convinces you.
If Sub was Cata designed (minus the FotF nightmare) I feel that would be best. They had ok-decent damage but amazing control. Honestly one of my favorite iterations of the spec to date.

hemo desperately needs to be brought back as the primary builder with backstab buffed and getting its positional requirement back. even those two small changes would do wonders for sub currently

Also why I quit my rogue eventually outside of cheese carrying a RL in BFA 2s. Idk why Sub was turned into the Shadow damage design and I hate it.
Would prefer OG prep over shadowdance any day.
